This course enables students to understand, analyze, and apply concepts and operational functions in the management and effective deployment and development of human resources within organizations. Students will examine and implement managerial and operational HRM functions, workforce management principles, and industrial relations involving organizations and key stakeholders. The learning process emphasizes students’ ability to evaluate and design harmonious, fair, and productive employment relationships that support organizational performance and the achievement of strategic objectives.
